Snow White's Four Letter Word (For Anna)

An iPad shot from Sunday night at Fairytale Hall. When I went to see Snow White, I mentioned that I'd accidentally left my sword in the bucket of her Wishing Well at the German Showcase, and when she said that Dopey might be playing with it, I said he could keep it because not only is Cinderella's receptionist a great help when things like that happen, but I had the feeling something could come up where he would need it more than me. She then let me know that that was true - but that she might need to take it away from Dopey from time to time because he likes to tease Grumpy with it - and as we know, Grumpy doesn't like to be teased. I then admitted that Grumpy reminded me of me when I was little because I couldn't take a joke to save my life. "Really?" She asked, only for me to answer, "Really."

"So you do connect to Grumpy?" She asked. I replied sheepishly, "In a way." She saw how I thought it might not be the best way to be connected to him and said, "But I love Grumpy!" She even laughed before I explained how I liked to have fun but had very thin skin when I was in elementary school. Snow White, though, thankfully put it down to me just being serious.

She then had the following powerful message for Anna (dedizenoflight) - a friend of ours who had just been diagnosed with osteosarcoma after fighting successfully against fibromyalgia and lupus - "Why, hello there, Princess Anna. I do hope that one day, I can see you again...but I just wanted to let you know that we love you and have a gooseberry pie (for you) to feel better." I thanked her wholeheartedly and found myself hugging her just a little tighter because I could tell she'd put her heart into it when Anna needed it most - as I said, I knew Anna was brave but that this was a time where she couldn't have too much help.
