Wings for Snow White and Rani

An iPad shot from October 27th at the Magical Nook. This was part of a unique greeting set because earlier, Snow White had talked about wanting to visit Pixie Hollow and had voiced a worry of hers - that she wouldn't be able to have wings. I let her know that she should be able to fly at the very least - and that Tink has a good friend who gave up her wings.

For those who don't know (and it is relatively easy to miss, as she only appears in print), one of Tink's best friends is a water talent named Rani who gave up her wings in order to save Mother Dove's egg. In exchange, she both gets to fly on the back of Brother Dove whenever she needs to travel by air and is the only pixie who can swim (the latter fact I didn't know at the time.) I basically gave Snow White the primer on her, and she agreed that it was a great story. I immediately decided to head back to the Magical Nook to talk to Tink about it if I could, and I did indeed get there in time. It made me smile inside to see that Tink instantly knew I had talked to Snow White about Rani when I merely told her that Tink has a good friend who gave up her wings, saying, "Oh, there is! You're absolutely right!" I revealed I'd told Snow White to ask Tink about Rani, saying that Tink would be happy to tell Snow White everything about her, and Tink approved completely, adding, "She's an awfully special fairy, isn't she?"
