The Legendary Glass Slipper

One more shot with the iPad from Opening Night at Fairytale Hall, this time one I took myself. Before you head into either of the rooms, at the far end of the gallery hall, you can view Cinderella's glass slipper - which is, as you an see, on a plinth and pillow in a glass case with a small spotlight. As I told Cinderella herself not long after, I could tell it was the real thing because of how the light hit it.

On a related subject, I have heard that guys can request a glass slipper as part of a special package at the Royal Table for proposing to a girlfriend - the idea being that the ring is held inside of the glass slipper. What do you guys think about that?
